Appearance
Tybalt is a relatively tall young man with a lean, muscular physique (but Beast Boy and Cyborg both like to tease him about his build, for one reason or another). He has short and rather disheveled black hair with a long fringe, silver/gray eyes, and fairly light skin. But his back is marred with unusually circular shaped burn scars; they cause him a great deal of pain if someone were to touch him there. These were given to him by Everett Hawthorne, his foster father, as a "consequence" for trying to calm the man down after he'd inexplicably slipped into madness.
His "Titans' uniform" consists of a black and silver long-sleeved unitard that has been modified with a silver pentacle symbol on the right breast. He wears this along with a pair of black fingerless gloves on his hands. The gloves also have silver pentacles sewn into the backs.
When out of uniform and lounging around the Titans' Tower, he frequently wears tank tops and either jeans or sweatpants. Whereas, when he is out amongst civilians, he alternates between designer tees and a pair of jeans with sneakers, or long-sleeved dress shirts and a pair of jeans with sneakers.
History
Tybalt was abandoned by his biological parents, a deeply fanatical religious couple, because of his spiritual abilities manifesting when he was ten; which led his parents to believe that he was some sort of demon. The aspect of being abandoned had left the young boy rather traumatized and in an unsteady disposition. Tybalt was eventually found and adopted a traveling circus magician named Everett Hawthorne some days after.
As he grew with his new family, after a long but gradual recovery, Tybalt had become comfortable living as a "carny." He picked up all sorts of different skills from his fellow performers while learning to hone his skills from Everett and at age fourteen, with his powers at their peak, the circus manager had appointed young Tybalt as an assistant to his adopted father; whom couldn't be any more overjoyed. Three years onward, both the circus and magic act prospered with Tybalt being the youngest performer to date. However, tragedy struck as the troupe's only tightrope walker, a beautiful Parisian woman named Marina Nouvelle, had died in a freak accident during one the circus's sold out shows. She also happened to be Everett's beloved wife.
Everyone was distraught over Marina's untimely death, but no one more so than Everett, who fell into a deep depression and threatened to end his career if he could not have his soul mate by his side again. Desperate, Everett consulted the word of God, but instead got answers from the opposite: a dark equivalent to Satan who offered him assistance in resurrecting the person he'd lost, in exchange for serving it by surrendering his soul and free will. Alarmed and somewhat disgusted by this, Tybalt lashed out against Everett, only to be overwhelmed by the older man's newly acquired and incredibly dark powers. Unable to stop his foster father, Tybalt had no other choice but to flee with his life, while acquiring several grievous wounds in the process.
Through some sort of miracle, he made it to Jump City and into contact with the local superheroes, the Teen Titans; who took him into their tower and generously nursed him back to health. After spending a few weeks under their roof, and an unfortunately rocky start, the Titans offered Tybalt a chance to join up with them. Tybalt accepted their offer, but only if they'd help him restore his foster father to the way he was. He soon took on the alias of "Wiccan" in regards to his powers, and since then had been a valuable asset to the team while uncovering the mystery behind what was really going with the dangerous events happening around him.
History Outline
Other than his date of birth, Tybalt has very vague memories of his life before being adopted by the Hawthornes and his birth parents due the psychological trauma he had received as a result. When his powers first manifested at the age of ten, his parents, who were deathly afraid of their son's supernatural gifts sought to exorcise the supposed 'demon' that possessing him through the consultation of priests.
Age 10: Met with Everett Hawthorne. Became Everett's "apprentice" and began training under him to hone his spiritual abilities.
Age 14: Had "spiritually matured" with his powers at their peak; became a full-time partner for Everett as a magician.
Age 17: Witnessed the untimely death of his adoptive mother, Marina Nouvelle-Hawthorne, during one of the circus's sold out shows. Shortly after, he had escaped with his life when Everett had suddenly gone insane as a result of his wife's demise. Later, he arrived in Jump City, California and came into contact with Teen Titans Central; which he became a member of.
Personal Overview
Speech/Accent/Common Phrases: He speaks with a slight "Brooklyn" accent and has a habit of sometimes addressing other boys his age and most older males as "fellas." He also affectionately refers to girls that he knows as "dolls" or "babes." Tybalt is also often known to utilize swearwords whenever he speaks, much like the "stereotypical" New Yorker.
Personality: Tybalt portrays himself as a laidback, streetwise and very easygoing young man. But he tends to be very expressive with his emotions, being known to openly weep or become extremely angry in times of emotional distress; this trait is something that has an adverse effect on the stoic Raven, who is not used to sensing such unpredictable emotional vibrations. Tybalt also seems to have a strange—and excessive—habit of apologizing for things he either does or doesn't do; this is yet another of his quirks that annoys the empathic goth on many occasions. Despite this, the two of them are still able to have a bond that may perhaps extend to each other's souls and he is quite loyal and fiercely protective with all of his teammates; going so much as putting his life on the line and pushing himself to his very limits to protect and stand by them, treating them as his second family.
Tybalt enjoys giving—even if sometimes ridiculous—nicknames to his teammates, naming Robin "Captain Redbreast" due to his position as leader and the fact his hero name is based on the "redbreasted" bird, Starfire "Starburst", Terra "Blondie", Beast Boy "Green Goblin" and Cyborg "Tin Man." He is the only person to call Raven by her real name, Rachel, but he simply shortens her name to just "Rach" on occasions. At the start of their relationship, both of them were intrigued... and rather intimidated by each other (but this was mostly due to how heavy Tybalt's spiritual aura was to Raven, and how dark Raven's was to Tybalt). He even had a habit of playfully teasing the goth girl by calling her, "Birdie."
Growing up, Tybalt was actually a much different person. He was rude and withdrawn, so hesitant to form relationships that he often resorted to insulting people who showed him the smallest bit of kindness. After he was abandoned as a child and taken in by the circus, his only friend was a stray dog named Tybalt, that was the circus's mascot. After Tybalt the dog had been accidentally hit by a car and killed, Tybalt openly mourned the loss of the animal. Over time, Tybalt (who had been a nameless orphan and was simply been called "The Stray Dog" by the circus folk) took Tybalt the dog's name at Everett's insistence.

Fears and Insecurities - From Dominant to Recessive
◆ Autophobia/Fear of Abandonment: This acute anxiety disorder stems from being abandoned by his birth parents. When left alone to his own devices, or if he can’t find company in others, Tybalt tends to become extremely anxious and will go off to find something to occupy himself in order to keep his mind off of feeling neglected.
◆ Emotionally Distant/Somewhat Socially Awkward: While he does an extreme aversion to being left alone or abandoned and a slight dependency on other people's company, Tybalt has had some trouble forming relationships with other people ever since he was but a child. When he first started working with the Titans, he was quite hesitant to form close relationships with his teammates emotionally or fully trust any of them and the strong bonds they had with one another; on the account that he feared they would abandon him.
◆ Thanatophobia/Fear of Dying: This phobia stems from his near-death experience following his battle with his foster father, Everett Hawthorne. Whenever he is faced with a life-or-death situation, his emotions go into overdrive and he becomes hysterical.
◆ Low Self-worth
Strengths: He's very observant of his surroundings and other people, allowing him to see and recognize things that others may have forgotten or not cared to notice. Despite being the second Titan to be less physically talented on the team (the first being Raven), Wiccan is noted to be above normal human standards in terms of physical fitness.
Weaknesses: His biggest weakness happens to be his emotions, which he has very little control over when they get the better of him; this may lead him to go against orders or having his judgment compromised. Due to the fact that he has far more spiritual energy than his body can consciously contain, it leaks out constantly, preventing him from hiding it and effectively making stealth impossible when dealing with other spiritually-aware beings. If he happens to absorb too much spiritual particles, they overload his body's spiritual reservoir and disrupt the flow of his spirit energy, thereby rendering him incredibly weak. This can also endanger his life, and ultimately kill him.
Powers and Abilities
⇒ Physical Prowess and High Metabolism: Surprisingly, despite being the second Titan to be less physically talented on the team (the first being Raven), Tybalt is noted to be above normal human standards in terms of physical fitness, having received at least some degree of physical training and reasonable human physical capabilities while with the circus. This has also granted him a remarkably high metabolism, allowing him to go without eating for up to four days at a time after consuming a certain amount [this could be up to two or four servings] of food and still manage to maintain his overall weight.
⇒ Sleight-of-hand and other Circus Abilities: In addition to being physically fit and relatively skilled at combat, Tybalt possesses circus abilities such as juggling and acrobatics. He even knows a number of basic sleight-of-hand tricks, which he learned from Everett in the midst of learning to hone his spiritual powers.
⇒ Amateur Swordsmanship: He picked up this skill while training with one of his old associates from his time with the circus, an Italian sword-eater. But after losing in one or two spars, he quickly switched to physical brawling; most preferably, MMA [mixed marital arts].
⇒ Vast Spiritual Power: Tybalt has been known to have tremendously vast levels of spiritual energy well beyond any other living being on Earth. It is noted to be incredibly heavy, which surprised Raven and had inadvertently given her a massive headache when she first came into contact with him.
⇒ Moderately Trilingual: Aside from his native tongue, which is English, Tybalt is able to speak and understand French to some extent; due to the fact he had been given lessons in the language by his foster mother, Marina, when he was younger. In addition to French, Wiccan is somewhat fluent in Italian as well; having received lessons from Cosimo, an Italian native and fellow performer whom had taught Wiccan how to use a sword.
Aurakinesis - Manipulation and Absorption of the User's and Earth's Spiritual Energies
This Includes:
◆ Spiritual-Energy Constructs: Tybalt can make a variety of constructs with his powers, ranging from walls to flying platforms to claws to shields, with these constructs temporary and subject to his will.
◆ Spiritual-Energy Blasts: Often seen and mistaken for blue flames; these bolts of raw spiritual energy are capable of penetrating solid objects and are even known to leave a pretty nasty burn when in contact with human flesh. They also make excellent light sources.
◆ Limited Matter Transformation: Basically, with this ability, Tybalt is able to "transmute" one aspect of matter (for example: air, food and water, or even metal and earth) into another; much like an alchemist being able to turn rocks into gold. But it is rather limited for the fact that, much like his teleportation powers [see below], it can take up a significant amount of his aura-energy but they may cause him to become weak after prolonged use.
◆ Spiritual/Visual Empathy: The power to indirectly sense the emotions of another person, and more often how powerful the person is spiritually, through their spiritual energies; or what Wiccan commonly refers to as an 'aura.' This also enables him to clairvoyantly track where people have come and gone by their empathic residue.
◆ Teleportation: By focusing his spiritual energy into short, precise bursts; Wiccan can move faster than the naked eye can follow by temporarily displacing himself in one location, and suddenly reappearing in another. He can also use this to travel across vast distances on the earthen plane if he concentrates hard enough. However, since this ability can take up a significant amount of his aura-energy and may cause him to become sick immediately after use; it is rarely used for long-distance travel unless necessary.

I really appreciate it. Have a great day.
